Megan Tidwell, MBA, CPA, is a U.S. Navy veteran and seasoned accounting professional with experience as a Controller, Revenue Manager, Senior Accountant, and Process Improvement Analyst. She has worked across real estate, construction, and shared‑services environments, specializing in corporate accounting, treasury management, budgeting, loan administration, and multi‑entity reporting. Megan has also served in leadership roles with the Mississippi Society of CPAs and the League of Women Voters. She holds an MBA from Auburn University Montgomery and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.

Brenda Leshe brings over 50 years of accounting experience in residential and commercial construction, land development, and property management. Her expertise includes cost accounting, construction loan administration, budgeting, and financial reporting. She has also led her neighborhood homeowner association as President for more than a decade. Outside of work, Brenda is active in her church, enjoys gardening, and values time with family and friends.

​Joseph Tidwell is an Eagle Scout with a strong foundation in leadership and service. He studied Industrial‑Organizational Psychology at Middle Tennessee State University and gained hands‑on experience through a commercial real estate internship in Nashville, focusing on market analysis and property operations. He later worked as an Inventory Associate for a CAT distributor, developing skills in inventory control, logistics, and warehouse operations. Outside of work, Joseph enjoys deep‑sea fishing, hiking, and SEC football.
